Getting into sports gives our body a lot of health benefits. According to Wikipedia, “Sport (or sports) is all forms of usually competitive physical activity, which through casual or organized participation, aim to use, maintain or improve physical ability and skills while providing entertainment to participants, and in some cases, spectators.
One of my favorite sport is swimming. Swimming is a cardiovascular exercise that involves all parts of my body to move. When I was young my grandparents used to own a swimming pool resort. At an early age I practiced how to be a great swimmer and I even join different contests.
I was very competitive that I would wake up early to practice and even after school I would hastily go home so I can continue on my practice. I focused myself to become a great swimmer and my hard work paid off. I become the champion in our school swimming competition. It was the biggest achievement that I will always be proud of.
Being a water lover gave me the confidence to excel in other field of sports as well. When I entered high school, I tried badminton and volleyball. Being a school varsity enables me to interact with different students in our school or even with the other school.
Whenever there is a game competition that involves interschool activity, I would always volunteer myself to join. That is how competitive I am when it comes to sports. My family was very supportive of me that they would always attend my games to cheer me up.
My family noticed how responsible I am in taking responsibilities even at my early age. During my 18th birthday, I remember how they let me take full responsibility of myself. I was already at my legal age where I can do whatever I want.
There were no parties nor extravagant celebration. Instead, they surprised me with a puppy. I was very happy because ever since I was young, I really wanted to have my own pet. The moment that I lay my hands on him is like a burst of powerful connection between the two of us.
The day has come for me to finally apply for college when I noticed how my puppy suddenly stopped and lie down feeling so weak. We immediately went to the veterinarian to have him checked. After which, the veterinarian talked to me and told me that he has prescribed liver supplement for Puppy called Denamarin.
It is a natural supplement that will help nourish the liver in cases of acute liver insufficiency. I felt relief after knowing that the supplement has given back the energy of Puppy. And after a series of test, it resulted to a good liver health for my dog. I even found Denamarin for cats just in case my cat gets sick too.
